Lend an Understanding Ear

The project:
Lend a sympathetic ear to an administrator of a local group who's just wrapping up some very tough times.

Time:
15 minutes

Why bother?
Sometimes it's nice to have someone outside of the organization to talk to - to let off some steam.

Worth it?
Sure. No skin off my back, and provides her some relief.
